Nexplanon removed - still bleeding??

Question

I only had the implant in for a little over a month but I got it taken out due to constant bleeding and a lot of other side effects. I've only had it out for two days now, but the bleeding won't stop!! Anyone else experience this too?

Lol that thing gave me a year of hell! 6 months bleeding constantly and then when I got it taken out I had no period for 6 more months! Then I finally got bc pills and now it's regular again.

This happened to me as well. It's just your body adjusting to the hormonal changes, it will go away soon :)

I've had the implant now for 6 months and I still get periods that last up to 25 days. It's awful, but I'm abroad and can't get it changes until at least July.
