Cystic fibrosis

I'm 4 weeks pregnant with no 4. All my children have been born without cystic fibrosis. We have absolutely no family history until today. My beautiful cousins baby was born with a ruptured bowel. Today is his diagnosis of cystic fibrosis. He's a fighter and will overcome all of this but does anyone know if I will know need testing  is the history close enough it's my cousin on my mothers side
