7 dpo too early to test?

I wasn't planning on testing until 10 dpo but this morning Glow gave me the "only one more day to test!" alert. Tomorrow I would be 7 dpo, confirmed by both opk and bbt. I think that Glow has miscalculated my period so that it's set to start on 11 dpo, so I have a feeling that might account for the early test date. My cycles have been slightly irregular but I still think my expected period date is a few days out from what they marked. When do you think I should test?
