Heartburn and pepto bismol

So usually before bed I take my prenatal and Zantac. But last night I take them around 10 since I usually get heartburn around 3am, well the Zantac didn't work and I remembered I had pepto bismol beside my bed. What'd I do? Chugged it. Big mistake! You're not supposed to take it while pregnant but what else do you do when you're out of water in your cup and Zantac didn't help? Bad decision that I took it but dang it helped lol.
