Wearing a bra to bed??

I hate wearing a bra to bed I never do it but the last couple nights when I ve had to get up to pee in the middle of the night they feel so sore and heavy idk if they are sore from laying on them or what lol but idk if it would be better to wear a bra to bed for more support? ??

Target has "sleep bras" in the maternity/nursing bra section in lingerie. Those would probably be most comfortable to sleep in.

I sleep in a cloth nursing bra and it helps. It doesn't have padding or underwire..just a bit of elastic!

Docs suggest it when your boobs can't handle the night without support. Personally, I'd go with a nice (roomy-- not super tight) sports bra with no underwire so that doesn't bother you!!!

I wear a very stretchy comfy fit sports bra to bed. It's like the more stretchier fabric and I got a size up so its not tight.

Bras are only gonna make them hurt worse. The extra weight and pain is caused by all the lymphatic fluid in there, and bras elastic and underwire prevents that fluid from eacaping. I know it sucks, but wear a bra as little as you can. Try laying on your back and lifting up the whole breast with your hands to help it drain for a few minutes a day. And when you get up to use the bathroom, put your hands under for support and try carrying them. It passes!

I've had to wear a bra to bed my entire pregnancy. If it let them free when I sleep they just get squished and move around too much! Bra keeps them tucked and safe haha
