Growth spurt!?

Question

So normally my son eats 4oz ever 3 hours, today he had 4 bottles and nurses twice and both sides. I don't supply very much milk but still in less then 7 hours. Could this be a growth spurt? He didn't eat very much last night though he keep falling asleep while getting his bottle. How long dose tge growth spurt last? My son is going to be 6weeks in just a few days..

I read somewhere that babies have growth spurts at 2 days old, 1 week, 3 weeks, 6 weeks and then again at 3 months a after that once or twice. My daughter is 3 weeks old today and started eating more frequently this past weekend. She normally eats at least 6 times per day at minimum and when given a bottle eats 4 oz. but over past 24 hours it's been about 9 times and more over night. It's them playing catch up and also helping you produce more milk.
