Period after LEEP

Did your period return to normal after your first LEEP, or was it late?
My last period was 12/27, I had my LEEP 1/12, and was due to start my period 1/26, but it's 1/30 and no signs of AF. My DH and I also had intercourse on 1/10...could we have conceived even with the aggressive procedure? Help :/ - worried.
