Pregnant and Breastfeeding?

I just recently found out I'm pregnant again (I had an IUD in and we were hoping to wait another year before ttc...but apparently God has other plans). I have an 19 month old that still is still breastfeeding. I'm just wondering if any other mamas have been in a similar situation and what did you do/how did it go? TIA! ❤️

Following! My little girl is 19 months and we're still bf. I wish she would take this time to wean, but if not it's what it is. I hear your milk can dry up around 20 weeks, su that might help her along

I was 4 months when my mom got pregnant with my sister. It started making me really sick I guess which is why whe went to the Doctors and found out she was pregnant again. A hormone or something in the milk didnt sit well with my tummy so I was on formula from then on. I think it was me specifically I have a sensitive stomach. I did some research and it seems very safe to breastfeed while pregnant as long as you're eating the right things for both babies

I'm 9 weeks pregnant and my daughter turns 1 in about a week. So I'm weaning my pumping at work but I'll keep breastfeeding at night and in the morning when I'm home. Eventually we'll stop that, too, so my body can get a little break between babies but I want to give her some time to adjust before I just cut out breastfeeding all together.

My supply definitely dipped after getting pregnant because I have basically no appetite. But otherwise it's been smooth sailing :) Definitely making it to my goal of 1 year with my daughter!

I breastfed until I was 5/6 months. My breastmilk stopped naturally at that point. I didn't have any issues & my doctor was fine with it because I wasn't high risk.

My daughter is 16 months I'm almost 8wks sometimes it's painful while breastfeeding. But she hates milk I can get her to drink a little almond milk but that's all. She only eats for comfort and to go to sleep now .

My son is 10 months while in 6 weeks. I don't notice my boobs hurt but I'm more hungry since I'm still breastfeeding. I'm gonna continue breastfeeding through out my pregnancy as long as I can.
