Should we stay together or break up??

It's my senior year of high school an my boyfriend and I have been together for 6 months and soon where going to college. originally I wanted to break up after graduation but on my birthday this January we started to fall in love with each other and we have a great vibe. We still haven't had sex yet but I plan to soon. But sometimes I get jealous over little things but I don't wanna hold him back. I don't know what to do I'm thinking about Lincoln university and him West Virginia. I started to have the conversation with him I told we have plenty of time to decide.
