I'm a FTM and having a C section this Monday at 7:30AM. My Dr said no food or water after 6:30 pm tomorrow night(I can't even drink water the morning of) my question is if it helps to eat a certain diet the day/night before? Idk if I should have mainly fruits and veggies ,light broth and less solids, or just eat normally? A part of me wants to pig out because I won't be allowed to eat for a while!
