Possible Pregnancy

I had intercourse on January 16th. My boyfriend and I went raw he finished (not in me) and then he says he went pee but I don't believe it. We went again and he pre cummed inside of me. I'm unaware if I have my period or if I'm spotting. I also recently got a rash near my nipple area of my breast.
