Stomach bug?

Has anyone else gone through or going through a bad stomach virus? I'm 26w3d and I have been vomiting/having diarrhea since 11pm last night. I'm so tired but can't sleep, so sore from dry heaving, and terrified to try and eat anything 😩 I feel baby girl kicking, so I assume all is well, but I'm worried about dehydration? The after hours triage nurse at my doctors office wasn't that helpful- just said to call back if I don't urinate in 8 hours. Anyone have any tips on how to get through this?
