What are your thoughts? Baby hiding???

So I went into the doctor last Wednesday and this was 1 of 3 trans-vag pics of my sweet puddin pop.... Anyone else notice what looks like a possible 2nd puddin right next to it?? Could I have a baby hiding behind the other or is that just some little blip? The other 2 pics have something similar. Does that look like another cavity?

Yep looks like two sacs :)

I think so. Do you have a tilted uterus? Because the same thing happened to my god sons mom and they could never see/ fully make out one of the twins until she was like 14 weeks I believe.
