Pet advice

Is there any safe human pain medication I can give to my dog for tonight? She's done something to her leg (not sure if it's a sprain, break, dislocated, other) getting in the car. The vets are closed and the emergency won't see her because it's not life threatening, she cries in pain when she moves but is still eating and drinking the same, shes 12 and suffers arthritis in her hips and lower spine. any advice till I can get her to her vet in the morning?
