Right can anyone please help

And tell me what the hell this could be. At my last examination midwife was measuring uterus from top to bottom, but she was constantly pushing really hard on my pubic bone down below. Right at my cesarean scar. And it wAs probably the most uncomfortable experience I've had to date. It was like a stinging nipping feeling. But since it my back pain has got worse. Not only that my public bone actually feels ripped in half and is causing me pain laying on my sides trying to sleep at night. Even with a pillow between my legs. Anyone experienced this or anything similar and know what it could be :-(
