Not having any sickness

Are any of you ladies rearly having any pregnancy symptoms. Not that I want to experience them but I get nauseous like once a week my breast are tender and I'm tired but thats about it. I guess I'm worried because many women are/were telling me how they never had it this easy. I heard my baby heart beat and everything and the dr say everything is fine and normal as far as the size heart beat and the number of weeks I am. I know every woman body is different but Is anyone else going through the same things as I am.
