Partner's family leave?
My husband has to use his vacation time if he wants to get paid but he has a lot saved up (about 10 weeks worth). I was thinking that he should only take 4 weeks so that he can have time left for us to visit out of state family later in the summer plus any sick time etc later. Obviously via FMLA he can take up to 12 weeks. I find myself asking if 4 weeks will be long enough. I don't want to regret it later and wish he took longer but he has to notify his boss of his plans soon. How long is your partner planning to take off once the baby comes if they're able to?
