Does this count as a period?

I had pinkish discharge January 30 I also had sex that day too. Yesterday January 31 I spotted now today February 1 I'm bleeding lite with pain like you have when you come on. It still feels like something in my belly I am always hungry when I eat I still feel something moving in my belly. I still have some backache, breast sore a little I'm always sleepy. A couple days a go I was outside sitting on my steps and this black cat came and was trying to rub on me all the day I was outside that cat was trying to rub on my leg with it's body now today it's a cat outside in front my house crying to come in lady bugs been flying around me I just don't understand what's going on I don't suppose to come on until February 5 it already been 3 wks I didn't come on now today I am bleeding 4 days before I suppose to come on this is crazy
