8 weeks 5 days still no morning sickness and breast seem to hurt more at night then day?

I'm nervous about my lack of symptoms.  Anyone have no symptoms or similar to me and go on to have a healthy pregnacy?

I have had no morning sickness so far during my pregnancy and im 30 weeks, some women get sick and some don't, maybe you're one of the lucky few that won't(: my breasts were also really sore and tender in the beginning too!
