Monitoring your weight gain
What are you guys doing as far as watching your weight gain? Type of workouts from home? Walking/Running? Eating habits?
Im not use to exercising but i be dang if i gain 73lbs like i did with my first. Would it be okay to start jogging and walking daily if i didnt do it before?
