confused

okay, so I got my IUD out January 6th I have been having unprotected sex ever since and before I got it out. now it's February 1st. and I took a pregnancy test last week and it came out negative . but everyone was telling me it was too early anyways. now its 5 days until my next period and I don't feel any cramping or anything. I haven't really been feeling any pregnancy symptoms either. just I've been really moody and emotional the past couple weeks . and I've been having acid reflux horribly every single night. and bad headaches lately, idk what going on. PLEASE HELP. did this happen to anyone an they actually ended up pregnant ? or am I just trippin ?
