Where are the cusp signs? You most likely don't know what a cusp sign is.

In astrology, a cusp (from the Latin for spear or point) is the imaginary line that separates a pair of consecutive signs in the zodiac or houses in the horoscope.

Because the solar disc has a diameter of approximately half a degree, it is possible for the Sun to straddle the cusp as it moves across the sky. When this occurs at the moment of birth such a person is said to be "born on the cusp" and some believe that their life is influenced by the characteristics of both signs. For example, if an individual was born when the Sun (by convention the point at the centre of the Solar disc) was located at 29 degrees, 50 minutes Gemini, then one might say that he was born on the cusp of Gemini and Cancer. Much of the Solar disc was actually in Cancer even though the centre was In Gemini.

With that out the way. I am a cusp sign, I was born on January 18. A month predominately Capricorn. But I didn't learn I was a cusp till a couple years a ago when my dear friend Cedar ,who is also into Astrology and signs as I am. Came to me with the information about cusp sign and what it meant. The information she was sharing set a cosmic bang inside me. You see I have always had a heard time identifying with my sign. A Capricorn is some one who is in charge, a leader. Some one who's very inteligent and know what they are talking about. I feel like I am these but missing something else also. The mountain goat part of the symbol depicts ambition, resolute, intelligence, curiosity but also steadiness, and ability to thrive in inhospitable environments while the fish represents passion, spirituality, intuition, connection with soul.

So with that my research as to what my Capricorn was cuspt with brought me to Aquarius.

Aquarius-born are shy and quiet , but on the other hand they can be eccentric and energetic. However, in both cases, they are deep thinkers and highly intellectual people who love helping others. They are able to see without prejudice, on both sides, which makes them people who can easily solve problems.

Although they can easily adapt to the energy that surrounds them, Aquarius-born have a deep need to be some time alone and away from everything, in order to restore power. People born under the Aquarius sign, look at the world as a place full of possibilities.

This is when the light bulb went off for both me and my friend I was just as much Aquarius as I am Capricorn. Everything from my life and who I am began to make sense to me once more. It's great feeling I had figuring out who I was on the inside. I hope others with have experiences like I had. So never stop learning and don't ever ever give up!
