Just go for decaf! Wont help with tiredness but I think its partly pyschological anyways, so you still feel like youre getting that coffee fix!

I just switched to decaf, it's made me feel better about drinking it, and that way I can have more than one cup haha. But yes, they say limit caffeine intake to 200mg a day!

One cup a day is safe, I checked! I love coffee. One cup/mug a day safe especially if it's light roast mixed with cream. I'm a coffee lover too ☕️☕️☕️

Per Obgyn- You can have 2 cups a day, about 16 oz total. I love coffee, so I bought 1 bag of regular and 1 bag of decaf, mixing them to make my own 1/2 and 1/2 coffee. Doing this allows me to drink a lot more coffee, without having to worry about going over my daily allowance!

Meh. I had a tall double chocolate chip frappe from Starbucks yesterday and got more than enough for my fix. First coffee drink at all since concieving so I think that's pretty impressive. Shouldn't hurt as long as you enjoy it in moderation.

The lighter the roast, the more caffeine is in it. Either go with a darker roast or switch to decaf. You can have up to 200 mg of caffeine a day, that's roughly a little over 3 cans of soda. So if you want more than one cup of coffee switch to a darker roast, half caf or decaf. Good luck!

I'm used to drinking about 4 cups a day so I've had these caffeine withdrawals that come with headaches. Hasn't been fun! Lol

I was told have the cup of coffee over decaf, try not to go over two cups a day - did that last pregnancy will do it this one too.

I was drinking 3 ups a day followed by two iced teas! I have now only about 8oz of light roast now. Drinking water or sparkling water otherwise... I miss it! I'm tried and I think it's more because of caffeine withdrawal then pregnancy...
