Swollen ovary???

So at my last appt. (1 month ago at 9 weeks) I had a seriously swollen ovary and I was told not to excersize too hard or have sex and today at my 13 week appt I forgot to ask about it and he didn't check anything and Google yields nothing but I'm seriously upset about it. I'm not a super sexual person and haven't been feeling extra horny or anything but hubby and I are fighting more and more and I know it's just sexual tension but I also don't want to fight anymore. 

(I'm also 110% sure it's sexual tension making us fight so I don't need relationship advice please, just need to know if anyone else has ever had this/what to do)
