Pad before bed?

Hello, I just have a quick question. My period is supposed to come on the 3rd but sometimes my period tends to come before the day predicted. Should I wear a pad to bed tonight? I'm kind of worried that I might bleed at night because that happens often, but am I being paranoid? Should I or should I not?

Go for it! If it gives you peace of mind then it's worth it. I usually do the same thing.

Maybe a panty liner . But if they always come at night , wear a pad love .

I usally start getting worried about blood close to my period and it would actually start . So I would wear a pad or at least a panty liner

If you are worried that you might start your period but your not sure when I would just put a panty liner on then put two pairs of underwear on for that night , that's what I do.

I do this sometimes. Last night I wore a pad, half because I was afraid I would leak and start in the middle of the night (I have several apps, like 2 said I'd start that day). The other half was me wanting to try out the pad because I wanted to see how long they were and if they were comfortable because I'd never worn an overnight one. You should if you're comfortable with it. If you end up not getting it, it's only one pad.
