What's the best video monitor that also allows you to pull up the video on your cell phone while away?

I was planning on the Nest but I just decided to buy the Withings Nest Baby Bundle. You watch the video from an app on your phone, it has two way audio (you can talk to baby), it can play lullabies, it doubles as an air quality sensor and you can use it after baby for a general home security camera. Plus - it's super cute!!

I wanted to get a baby monitor w a camera too untill I realized that what I really care about is my baby is safe and breathing :) so than I started thinking that even if I am looking at the video camera all the time there will be times like at night while we sleep that no one is looking at the camera SO I am now going to get a monitor that will wake me up if the baby is not getting enough oxigen so that I can come get him and hopefully avoind sids. I am gonna get eather the snuza hero or the owlet ☺️

You can just get a foscam security camera for $80. That's what we have. You can pan and zoom on it from whatever device you are viewing it on (phone, tablet, computer). You can also talk to baby thru it and view it away from home. Much cheaper option :)
