I am so confused! I am with Cigna. They asked me to call Carecentrix to request an order for breastpump. I call on the number provided. Carecentrix sends me to a number for medeladelivers and medeladelivers informs me that I must have a prescription before requesting for breastpump. My physician's office said I must create an order at Carecentrix and they will fax my prescription there. AAAAAARGGHH!!! It's a vicious circle with literally no starting point! Help!!
