Poop after sex?

Okay so this has happened a few times. I'm a person who has a hard time pooping, I'm always constipated! Well a few times after my boyfriend and I have had sex I get the urge to poop and we aren't having anal(I don't like it). Even sometimes while we are having sex I'll get the feeling during sex. Is this normal? It's so annoying!
