Rough sex...problems days later.

My boyfriend and I had sex 4 days ago and it was rough, primal, etc. Much needed, but maybe a bit too rough. Sometimes when we're rough I bleed after, but it's a small amount and stops after a while. Well, I'm bleeding, and cramping. But it's not fresh, it's like when your periods done but there's still that old blood that comes out the next day and it's kinda brown and gooey. I'm also having hip problems, like my right hip pops out of place and stiffens up, and then when I stand to walk it totally freaks out on me and I can't stand on it for a minute or so. 

Basically, should I see a doctor? My bleeding and cramping is extremely strange and I've never had hip problems like that. I'm worried that he went too deep and hit my cervix, because that's kinda what it felt like.
