Really down

So my fiance seriously makes me feel like absolute crap about myself. I'm 12 weeks pregnant, and I already feel beyond ugly. My body isn't perfect, he never seems to enjoy sex anymore. He looks at me like I'm disgusting, no matter how dressed up I get, or any of that. But he looks at other women like they're beautiful all the time. I seriously just wanna break down .
