Having stitches removed😨

I cut off my pinky at work almost 3weeks ago. They were able to reattach it just without the nerves. I used very little pain meds because I was worried about the baby and my doctor said they were safe for a short period. The pain was unbelievable the first few days. Tomorrow they will be taking out the stitches. I have never had anything like this happen before. Does anyone know if removing stitches hurts??? I'm freaking out just a little bit here and would like to just dispose of the pain meds now that the worst is over.
