Found out too much news 2nd pregnancy

Last night I had my pain in my pelvis reach extreme pain so my husband took me in to the ED. I am about 6 weeks. They checked me in right away I had blood test done, pelvic exam, ultrasound and Ua done. They gave me meds for pain and zofran. I felt better on the second round. When the results came back I was shocked. This is my 2nd pregnancy btw. #1 I found out I have a bicornuate uterus. Is that bad??! #2 I found out they found 2 pregnancy not one *but one is more developed than the other. #3 one of the babies is too close to the Fallopian tube. #4 I am extreme dehydrated kept me in for a lot of fluids and want me to come back next morning. Did anyone go through any of this???
