Idk what to think! Any Thoughts

I have ALWAYS been regular with my af since I was 11...I learned February 2015 I was pregnant unfortunately I had a miscarriage May 2015...I got my af in June skipped July (1st time ever) Learned I was pregnant again in August but had another miscarriage in September I got my af in Oct skipped Nov got af Dec & have NOT gotten af this month ive taken many hpt and nothing but negative...i feel a few tugs on my left ovary and I do get a few tingles on my breast every now and then I also took an ovulation test (clearblue digital) & got a low fertility result....im trying not to be negative and draw to conclusions wyt?
