Advice please . Pretty please

Been on BC for 10+ years. Took it so I'd only have a period 4x a year  , stopped BC in October, started ttc in December had one real period dec 15-19 and ovulated for the first time Jan 24 (I think, had pos opk and serious pain/cramps on my left ovary when I released my egg)  . I'm now 11 DPO  and no period and ever since I ovulated I've had on and off seems like menstrual cramps , backaches etc. took 2 pregnancy tests yesterday and today and they are negative. Should I see a dr? Is this normal ? Im stressing! Anyone ever experienced this??? Help !
