Bfn! But multiple symptoms?!

AF due in 3 days according to glow. Another app I have says I was due Jan 24th. Still no show of af. My moods have been all over the place. I've had these faint cramps on my lower right side near my belly button. My boobs have been sore and my fiancé pointed out the other day my nipples looked darker than normal. I've had some spotting the last week but barley any. Some smells have started to make me sick.. any thoughts?
