First ultrasound, no baby

A lil background first. I went January 13th to the er as I was bleeding like a period, only brighter pink and I had already known I was 7 weeks pregnant. The doctors took a look and said were my cervix was closed that I must just be a heavy implantation bleeder and sent me on my way. Fast forward to 10 weeks and 2 days. My first ultrasound. There was no baby, no sack and no sign of anything ever implanting to my wall. They did a blood hcg level test (for the first time) -they should have done a lot earlier. And the test came back negative. I had lost my baby at 7 weeks that night in the er and no one had known it...

I just wanted to share my story. I had to get it all out...
