Tweak and advise please?!?!

Hi all! 
Please could someone tweak for me? TTC for 6 months now and every month I have no symptoms and a BFN on test day. 
This month I've had a dull pain in my stomach that will not go away, feeling nauseous and also tired. Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
