Dizziness, fatigue, and not wanting sex?

Idk guys I've been real dizzy the past couple of days. It's also hard for me to concentrate and I fall asleep everywhere. This is going to be my second baby and I never felt like this before. I also don't want to have sex with my husband because of the way I'm feeling. I feel like a different person and I don't like it. Hopefully this passes.

My husband has been walking around feeling sorry for himself because I do not feel like sex AT ALL. He is very supportive but I think he's just frustrated. He us worried we are never going to have sex again because we will have a reason not to in the form of a newborn in 7 months. I'm really hoping things get better in a month or two.

Two things come to mind- dizzyness and being really tired are signs of low iron. 
The minimal interest in sec, that's probably just hormones. It's also a "side effect" of having a girl! 
(Not saying that's the cause, but it's possible. I'm going through the same things)

My husband keeps asking if I'm in my second trimester yet (he knows I'm not haha). I've been so anti-sex...and it's not even that I don't want it, I just feel so blah that I don't think it would go well. My body is just too run down to be up for sex. Hopefully it'll get better in a few weeks.
