Omega 3 during first 3 months????

I am 7 weeks 4 days now and  the dr prescribed omega 3 supplements twice aday but i've read ur not supposed to take it before ur 4 months so am abit worried any one here take it plz reassure me

My prenatals have it in them and I have been taking it since I was trying to concieve my son 2 years ago.

Omega 3s are great for baby's development. The only thing I would be concerned on is what source is it from. If it is from fish oil (most are) then the company hopefully uses the best form and has check for purity. I take Shaklee brand because I know they do that.

Omegas support heart and brain development in your baby. They also help your heart and brain. They're perfectly fine to take if it's what your doctor prescribed. :)
