Pregnancy after miscarriage

So Thursday night I did a pregnancy test and it came back positive! I was so excited and thought that we had conceived again, as I did do a pregnancy test before and it came back negative, so went to the hospital for them to tell me my test was wrong :( I was devastated and cried all day, I suppose it was for the best at this stage as I haven't had a period yet, but just don't know how to handle the emotions :( anyone any advice,
