I've been feeling really super bad about myself lately. No matter how many times I read articles about loving my body or how many times my boyfriend calls me beautiful I still just hate myself. I've gained a lil weight over the past couple of months and NEED it to be gone and soon before I start feeling worse about myself!! I'm new to exercising, so do any of you ladies have any tips or routines for someone just starting out?
