Little too much friction maybe?

Recently I used a new soap down there that made my lips' skin peel and so I stopped and I haven't used much soap down there (another new soap) at all but I have these two twin circles that look like chaffing marks, like when your thighs rub together, but it's like my lips though... Also... I don't quite remember but I think it's been happening since my last period when I didn't put a tampon in correctly and I had to like hold it in before I walked across campus to my room to change it...Help?
