12 week appointment

So I have my 12 week appointment tomorrow and I'm pretty nervous only because of the posts I've seen on here. Again I love this app but reading some of the posts has got me thinking of things I never would have even thought of! Like I'm scared my baby "stopped growing" now and won't be able to find out till my ultrasound. I feel sorry for the people this has happened to but I'm a complete wreck after reading some of the posts☹️
