Fussy time vs colic?

Okay so I can't believe I'm just now realizing this but I'm pretty sure my son is colicky. Beginning at 3 weeks old he cries between 8pm-11pm. It is very predictable & starts and stops at those times exactly. I try EVERYTHING & nothing seems to comfort him for long / if at all. If I do manage to get him to sleep his eyes pop back open after a few mins of appearing to be in a deep sleep and he starts crying again. So, my question is, what is your babies fussy time like? & if they have colic what is that like? (My MIL said if it's colic it usually goes away at 3 months which we are 10 days from 🙌)

My son isn't colicky but some nights between 9:30 and 10:30 he has a major melt down which usually results in him passing gas and passing out shortly after his fussy time. For a few nights it was like clockwork at 9:30 you could pretty much set your clock to it. He hadn't had a major melt down recently but he is super attached to me and cries at night when I give him to my husband to hold and won't stop until I pick him up again.

Our witching hour was from 7-10 pm until about 3 months of age. Noting worked. We just had to hold her and walk around until she got drowsy and we could lay her down. Now around 8-9 pm she gets tired and fussy and we are able to put her in her crib and walk away. She is fussy for about 10 seconds, finds her thumb, and falls asleep. Remember that it won't last forever.

Our witching hour is between 4p-7p. I just pop her on my boob and let her nurse when I work in the evening my poor hubby has to hold her and walk with her and sometimes she doesn't stop until her 7p bottle.

They call it the witching hour for babies. Evening fussiness that starts at a specific time and ends at a specific time. My baby would basically scream his head off from 7pm till 10pm. We noticed that it was only when the sun went down and the lights in the house turned on. So we started to not turn on anything but a small lamp so we could see when the sun went down. Since then he hasn't been fussy at night, he falls asleep at 7ish and wakes up only to be fed and as long as we don't turn bright lights on he is calm and falls back asleep. Try that, maybe it's to do with confession and not colic. His penal gland says it's night but technology (lights) showing him it's day.
