Help! I really need advice😭

Me and my boyfriend have been together 3 years, my family treat him like family and vice versa. He's just turned 19 and I'm 18, I used to be able to see my future with him, but no so much anymore🙁 He's a really nice genuine person, but he has a small warehouse job with no goals or aspirations whereas I'm going to university this year and have set goals. He likes to go out and drink a lot where as I'd prefer to go to a quiet bar or go for a meal. We're just two total different people, he shows me no affection anymore and I don't feel pretty around him. I miss flirting and texting cheeky messages, the little things. This guy at work shows me attention and I love it, because I miss that. My boyfriend shows me none. We barely have a sex life, and when we do its not great.   I don't know what to do because I do love him, but I'm just not happy in this relationship anymore:( if we were to split up id feel awkward explaining it to my family and his family because we're all so close, and I feel like I'll miss the whole 3 years we shared:( I don't know what to do? there's amazing days and there's bad days, I do love him I just don't know :(
