Advice

I have endometriosis and had my Merina IUD taken out Jan 5th. I was very sick the first few days after it taken out. I had horrible pain before removal and after for a week. I now have had no pain and have symptoms of pregnancy. I would have had AF last week and never got it. I am now 2 days past what would be the end of AF. I have taken some tests and they all have a faint to no line. My symptoms of pregnancy keep getting worse. Also woke up to a faint amount of light pink discharge. Have an OB appt on the 23rd. What should I do?
