7DPO is still really early! Digitals usually require more hcg than the dye ones even if it says they use the same amount. Wait until AF is supposed to show and test again, to avoid early disappointment when it could be positive and avoid wasting more money on tests.

10 DPO the earliest but better to wait until 15 or 16 or until AF is due as at 10 DPO there is less than a 70% chance for a positive even if you are pregnant. 9 DPO is about 50% chance for a false negative and anything before has even worse odds.
