Chromosomal Testing and IVF

Hi, I have PCOS and we were recommended to start IVF in order to conceive. We are starting injections on the 17th of this month. We have not decided whether we are doing chromosomal testing or not. It depends on how much our insurance will be covering IVF. Have any of you done the chromosomal testing and is it worth it in order to decrease a risk of miscarriage??? Has anyone had success with it and/or success with their first try of IVF??? Please help. I am starting to get very nervous about everything. Thank you.
