Is it disrespectful if your man text another girl that he's previously flirted with to ask her if she is wearing panties?

Ive seen him flirt with this girl several times, I hate when he gets a ride from her to go anywhere (which he says I'm overreacting). But he rode with her to the store so she didn't have to wake the kids up, she went to get out and her crack was showing so he text her and asked if she had on panties. I told him it was disrespectful. He wouldn't ask another girl that. But it's obvious he was looking at her ass as she got out....I don't think I'm over reacting. Especially cause he has "joked" with his friend saying that he 'hit' that and that he might as well make her his side whore if I keep acting the way I do about it.
