Pregnant and 99.3 temp

Hi eveyone! we are currently expecting, I'm about 4-5 weeks. Today was my first time having morning sickness and all day I have been feeling nauseous. My body has really been aching all day. My daughter gave me a hug and she said I felt hot so I took my temperature it's only 99.3, should I be concerned? Has anyone experienced the same thing?
